As The Sleep Whisperer, I guide professional women to reclaim their energy and vitality by aligning their lives with their natural rhythms—the biological clocks that dictate sleep, energy, and health.
For much of my life, I lived out of sync with these rhythms. From pulling all-nighters in school to working demanding night shifts and caring for my children as a sleep-deprived mother, I ignored the signals my body was sending me. My turning point came during a graduate exam, when I fell asleep from sheer exhaustion. It was a stark reminder that I couldn’t continue like this—my health and well-being depended on change.
Since that moment, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the science of sleep and how it connects with nutrition and energy. With 24 years of experience in sleep medicine and a master’s degree in nutrition, I’ve created systems that help others make lasting changes to improve their sleep and vitality.
But I want to be honest: I’m still on this journey myself. I’ve made significant progress in improving my own sleep and energy, but I continue to learn, grow, and refine what works. It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress, and I’m here to share what I’ve learned so far to help you take the next step on your journey.
For years, I thought I could survive on willpower alone—working night shifts, skipping sleep, and juggling life’s demands. It caught up to me in a big way. Falling asleep during a graduate exam was my wake-up call: I needed to prioritize my health, for myself and my family.
